Data Deletion Request

If you would like to permanently delete your Lokkhyo account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

How to request data deletion

Currently, you can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting our support team directly. When we process your request, we will remove your account details, learning progress, and personal information from our active databases.

Submit an Email Request

Send an email to support@lokkhyo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Lokkhyo account from the same email inbox so we can verify your identity and process the deletion.

You can also submit a request via our Contact Page. Clearly state that you are requesting a data deletion for your account.

What happens when your data is deleted?

• Account Closure: You will no longer be able to log in or access your enrolled courses, model test history, and past records.
• Data Removal: Your personal details (name, email), exam attempts, lesson progress, and payment history will be permanently anonymized or deleted from our active systems.
• Retention Exceptions: Please note that we may retain certain data (e.g., transaction records) for a limited period if required by law for tax, legal, or accounting purposes.

Data deletion requests may take up to 30 days to be fully processed across all our systems and backups. Once initiated, this process cannot be reversed.
